Terms and Conditions
Ordering
We make our collars to order by hand. We operate a waiting list and ask for your patience. We will get to your order as soon as possible!
Once you check out, we will send you an email confirmation. If you haven't seen this within an hour, please check your spam/junk folders.
When you reach the top of the waiting list, we'll send you an invoice.
Once your order reaches the top of the waiting list we will send a PayPal invoice. You don't need a PayPal account to checkout.
We'll start working on your collar as soon as we receive your payment. Please allow approx. three weeks for us to make the collar and get it posted to you.
We can add a lining to your collar, this is hand sewn in and we have a number of different colours of suede available. Typically, the stitching will be matched to the collar but we can do this in a different colour if requested.
Linings can be added by using our linings ordering page to add linings to the basket once you have chosen your collar. Please note that this is different from how we did this before.
Postage
UK postage costs £4.50. We normally use Royal Mail tracked 48. We don't currently ship outwith the UK.
We will share your contact information with the courier for the purpose of delivering your order and providing tracking information.
Materials
The materials used for our collars and leads are as described on our leather details page. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions or specific requirements. We can supply samples of leather on request. The descriptions on the leather details page form part of these terms and conditions.
Returns
As the collars are custom made to order we don't accept returns unless there is a fault, so please make sure that you order the correct size and type of collar. If your item arrives damaged or faulty we will refund the full purchase price including P&P as well as your return postage. If you are returning a collar please get proof of posting as we can't refund for returned parcels lost or damaged in the post. If items you are returning are lost or damaged it is your responsibility as the sender to claim compensation from the carrier. The post office will provide a free certificate of posting which covers up to £20 for standard mail services or £150 for premium mail services.
Faulty Items
If your collar or lead does unfortunately develop a fault which has not been caused by misuse, within 12 months of purchase, please return it to us for inspection. Upon identification of a fault, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price including P&P as well as your return postage.

Safety
Our collars and leads are made from very high quality components, but because leather is a natural material that is affected by many factors we highly recommend that for your and your pet's safety you examine pet's collars and leads regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Our collars are primarily intended as decorative dog-wear and are not intended for use in harsh conditions or with dogs that are strong pullers.
Colours and Pictures
Leather is a natural product and all our collars are handmade. Some variation in appearance is normal, and makes each item unique.
If the exact colour or feel of the leather is important to you, please contact us to ask for a sample of the leather you are interested in.
