Ordering Info
As our collars are custom made we have a slightly different ordering system to most websites. As we can only take on so many collars a week we have a waiting list. When you order a collar we will give you an estimated timescale and put you on the waiting list.
When we are ready to make your collar we will then send you an invoice. This will be a PayPal invoice if you have chosen PayPal as your payment method or you can pay by cheque. Once your payment is received we will then start work on the collar and post it out to you when it is finished. Making the collar usually takes us 2-3 weeks.
